Oloo is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community for everyone.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Any such content is immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Our Safety Measures

We employ multiple layers of protection to keep our community safe.

User Reporting & Blocking

Any user can report or block another user directly in the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

Content Moderation & Monitoring

We use automated systems and human review to detect and remove content that violates our community guidelines.

Immediate Removal of Violating Content

Content found to violate our policies is removed immediately. Accounts involved in serious violations are permanently banned.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies when required and report illegal content as mandated by law.

How to Report Harmful Content

Users can report any inappropriate or harmful content directly in the app. Here's how:

On any post, profile, or message, tap the three-dot menu (⋯) or long-press the content and select Report.

Select a Reason

Choose the category that best describes the issue — such as harassment, hate speech, nudity, or child safety concerns.

Submit Your Report

Add any additional details and tap Submit. Our moderation team will review the report and take action swiftly.

Community Guidelines

To keep oloo a safe space, the following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — Any exploitation of minors is permanently banned and reported to authorities.

Harassment and bullying — Targeting, threatening, or intimidating other users.

Hate speech — Content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or other characteristics.

Spam and scams — Misleading content, phishing, or fraudulent activity of any kind.

Non-consensual content — Sharing private images or information without the subject's explicit consent.
